Veltrionix provides professional construction cash flow management services, including but not limited to: financial forecasting, risk management, payment optimisation, financial analytics, expert consultation, and strategic financial planning. Our services are designed specifically for construction companies and related businesses. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any separate service agreements.

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights in our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, methodologies, and proprietary processes, are owned by or licensed to Veltrionix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software.
Payment terms for our services will be specified in separate service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are payable in Euros and are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
We understand that in providing our services, we may have access to confidential business information. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your express consent. This obligation continues even after the termination of our service relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrionix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Veltrionix in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We make no guarantees about specific financial outcomes or results. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Veltrionix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal service as soon as practicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
